By entering this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them.

Eligibility:

1. The Promotion is organised by AB InBev UK Limited T/A Budweiser Brewing Group (company number: 3982132), Bureau, 90 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1EN (the "Promoter").

2. The Promotion is open to all Owners, Managers or authorised employees of on-trade outlets in the United Kingdom, aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter or their immediate families, its associated agents or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of the Promotion.

3. Internet access, camera phone, mobile number, a valid UK postal address and valid email address required.

Promotion Period:

4. Enter between 00:01 BST on 15th June 2026 and 23:59 BST on 31st August 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter:

5. Scan the QR code on leaflet found in each display kit or go online to www.coronaislanddisplays.co.uk.

6. Enter your full name, outlet name, mobile number and email address, select which chain your outlet is part of or confirm your status as a free trade outlet, answer the question, and upload a photo of your Corona display during the Promotion Period to be entered into the prize draw for a chance to win. For the avoidance of doubt, a valid Corona display must comprise Corona branded marketing materials displayed in a public area of the entrant’s outlet which is reasonably visible to customers. Corona branded marketing materials may include, but are not limited to, coasters, A5 table talkers, wooden table talkers, A5 leaflets and A3 posters.

7. Entries are limited to one per outlet throughout the Promotion Period. An outlet is defined by the outlet name, mobile number and email address and each constituent part needs to be unique to a single entry for a Prize claim to be valid.

Prizes:

8. There are a total of 5 (five) prizes available to be won across the Promotion (allocated randomly, subject to availability).

Prize Type 1

9. 1 of 2 PerfectDraft Black Machines with a Corona Extra 6L Keg.

Prize Type 2

10. 1 of 3 Corona Cooler Bundles comprising:

    1. 1x Corona branded cooler
    2. 1x 24 pack of Corona Extra 330ml bottles.

Prize Promotion Winner Selection:

11. 5 (five) winners will be drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The winners will be randomly drawn by an automated computerised program within 7 working days of the end of the Promotion Period (the “Prize Draw”). An appropriate amount of reserve winners will be selected at the same time.

Winner Fulfilment

12. Winners will be contacted via phone call to the phone number they provided on entry to confirm their prize and address within 7 days of the Prize Draw. The winners will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 7 days of being notified to claim their Prize. If a winner does not claim their Prize, it will be forfeited and will be reallocated to a reserve winner, drawn at the same time. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Delivery of Prizes:

13. Prizes will be sent to the addresses provided upon acceptance within 30 days of Prize acceptance. The Promoter will not dispatch any Prizes to virtual UK addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.

14. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any Prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.

General:

16. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

17. The surnames of the winning Prize Promotion participants will be available upon request by sending an email to coronaon-trade@promotions.uk.com within three months of the close date of the Promotion. Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available by emailing coronaon-trade@promotions.uk.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).

18. Any participants attempting to enter more than once will be disqualified.

19. Entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Incomplete or illegible entries together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be considered.

20. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. A Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.

21. In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the claim process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected claims.

22. The Promoter, together with any associated agencies and companies, will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

23. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these Terms & Conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

24. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

25. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Website Privacy Policy and the Promotion Privacy Policy.

26. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all circumstances in relation to the Promotion.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion as necessary due to unavoidable circumstances beyond its control make this necessary, but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment.

28. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

29. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

30. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

31. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
